When will my order ship?

• Non-custom orders ship within 7 days of purchase. Custom orders are made just for you and will ship within 14 days of ordering.

Do you offer local pickup?

• Yes! We’re happy to offer local pickup in downtown Georgetown, SC. Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a convenient pickup time.

What are your shipping rates?

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What is your return policy?

• Customized pieces are non-refundable. For non-custom items, we’re happy to offer exchanges from available inventory if something doesn’t work out. Please email us at ricefieldthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start an exchange.

How should I wash my embroidered clothing?

• To help your embroidery last and look its best:
  • Wash on cold using a gentle cycle
  • Turn garments inside out before washing
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
